Pick the shift length that fits your day, then choose how many days a week you need. No registration fees, no admin fees, no long-term commitment.
Care Packages
We go by days. Choose your shift length, then pick 1–5 days per week.
First come, first served
Here’s how scheduling works: families are encouraged to submit a preferred monthly schedule so we can reserve your days, and weekly confirmations and payments are due each Friday for the upcoming week. Nothing is locked in — adjust as your needs change based on availability. You can still book these package prices later in the week — same price, just fewer spots, and they fill up fast. Bookings made after the week is confirmed need at least 24 hours notice (no same-day at the package rate — see same-day drop-in below).
How it flows
From monthly plan to Monday drop-off
A simple rhythm so families and staff are always on the same page.
Step 1
Submit by the 25th
Send your preferred monthly schedule by the 25th of each month so we can prep staffing and availability.
Step 2
Confirm by Friday
Each Friday, confirm your regular days or send adjustments for the upcoming Monday–Friday week.
Step 3
Pay that Friday
Weekly payment is posted Friday. Late after Friday is a $20 fee, and all payments must be in by Sunday 6 PM or the spot may be released.
Step 4
Drop off Monday
New enrollments start on Mondays for smooth transitions. Returning families just keep the rhythm going.
New families
Reach out by the Friday before the week you need care so we can get you set up for a Monday start. Contact us after Friday and care may still be available — short-notice new enrollments may include a one-time rush admin fee.
Already enrolled
You're already in the system — keep your consecutive days going week after week, or adjust as life changes. Flexible, non-contractual, no penalties.

Something urgent come up?
Babysitter called out, a last-minute work shift, an emergency, or you just need to drop your little one off right now — this is for those sudden, same-day situations. Subject to availability.
Heads up: these same-day rates are for bookings by existing families already in our system. New families requesting same-day care will be charged a one-time rush application fee in addition to the hourly rate.

Good to know
No registration, application, or administration fees — ever.

Open 6 A.M. – 8 P.M., Monday through Friday.

Skip a week, take a vacation, or pause care anytime — you only pay for weeks you've scheduled.
Late payments after Friday: $20 late fee, with a final cutoff of Sunday at 6 PM.
Same-day care available based on availability (fees may apply).
Late pickup after your scheduled window may incur a $15 late fee.

Cancel more than 24 hours ahead for a full refund or Brightwheel credit — your choice.
Cancel within 24 hours and you'll receive a Brightwheel credit toward a future booking — no money lost.
